Today MSN.com posted a nice concise article about miscommonly held beliefs about bankruptcy. It's pretty similar to the article posted on my Bankruptcy Firm website. But, the MSN article does have some additional tidbits about Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. And, since some people don't believe everything they read on attorney sites, or maybe assume the information is self serving salesmanship, it's always nice to have a neutral source of information.
Im in the settlements field and we have so many clients with many questions about bankruptcy. It's great to see people like yourself working hard to help educate the public as to what their options are and what simply isn't true when it comes to bankruptcy. Great post!!
